Do you require a booking fee?

A booking fee is required to secure your booking. Bridal bookings require $100 booking fee. Event bookings require $50 booking fee.

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel fees outside of Emerald are applicable. Please complete the enquiry form for details.

Some of us will not want lashes but it’s included in the price. Is it cheaper?

All my lashes are complimentary & a little gift from me to you. So, if you choose not to have any on the day that’s totally fine but unfortunately it doesn’t affect the pricing.

Do you have a minimum amount of people required for a booking?

I require a minimum booking of 5 people for on-location bookings. If you are unsure, please enquire & we can chat!

Are you available on public holidays?

Yes! However, public holidays do incur a 15% surcharge.

Should I get a trial?

Trials are encouraged for weddings but not required. Totally up to you! I would love to meet you before your big day, we can chat about the looks you like, your dress, theme and venue. I recommend scheduling your trial once you have your overall look, dress, theme and location confirmed. For most of my brides, this is 3 to 4 months prior to the day. Friday & Saturdays are by request. I am usually on location at a wedding, so these days are very limited. Upon completion of your booking you will receive a link to book in your trial.

Where do you do your trials?

Trials are all done in-studio and are charged the same booking rate.

Is there anything I need to do before my trial or booking?

So you can really get the best out of your trial I recommend:
– Bring along inspiration photos either from my Instagram or something else you are in love with.
– A clean face / no makeup.
– Spray tans – please have a spray tan done if you will be wearing a spray tan on the day. Makeup looks dramatically different on tan to pale skin.
– Bring along any accessories you will be wearing on the day.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email from me. Having a trial done does not automatically lock in your wedding/event date.

Will you have time to do other people on the day?

If time permits I’m more then happy to do so. This will be charged at the same cost p/person as your booking & paid up front before application begins.

What products do you use?

After many years in the industry and a lot of trial & error I have managed to fill my kit with a range of high quality products & brands from Laura Mercier, M.A.C , Inglot, Becca Cosmetics, IT cosmetics, Huda Beauty, YSL , Chanel, Dior, Morphe, Urban Decay and many many more.

Should I get a facial?

Please ensure if you are starting a new skin care regime or a series of facials, that these plans are discussed with your therapist or dermatologist as soon as possible.
